Upon arrival, officers made contact with the mother of the juvenile driver, who informed them that two juveniles had been the victims of a carjacking.The investigation revealed that the two juveniles, a driver and a passenger, were stopped by three men at the Downing Street location. The suspects then demanded that the victims exit their vehicle, robbing both of them before stealing the driver's car and fleeing the scene.
